The Billfish Foundation (TBF), in conjunction with the United Anglers of Southern California, hosted the Third Annual TBF Pacific Conservation Awards and AFTCO Pacific Tag Flag Awards Dinner on Saturday, January 20, 2001 at the Balboa Bay Club.
