Offshore Creations, Inc. Begins Trading Under the Ticker Symbol OFSC

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2004--Offshore Creations, Inc. (PK: OFSC) announced today that the company has commenced trading on the Pink Sheets under the ticker symbol OFSC.
