NeoSpire Inc. Boosts Capacity, Doubles Data Center with Recent Expansion in Downtown Dallas
NeoSpire Inc. Boosts Capacity, Doubles Data Center with Recent Expansion in Downtown Dallas
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2004--Thanks to high-speed growth, NeoSpire Inc. has increased its capacity to serve more managed hosting customers by doubling the size of its data center.
The managed hosting provider recently expanded from its 9,000-square-foot space on North Lamar Street in the West End to a new 20,000-square-foot facility at 1807 Ross Ave., in the Arts District of downtown Dallas.
"Our company grew 35 percent in 2003, and we expect to top that this year with an increase of between 40 and 45 percent," said Mitch Gervis, chief executive officer and president of NeoSpire. "Our outstanding service and reliability led to this tremendous growth, and enabled us to make this move and expand our network capacity. We pride ourselves on serving organizations with the most mission-critical needs when it comes to their Web-based applications." Some of NeoSpire's newest customers include Reach Media, Pilgrim's Pride and Loews Cineplex.
Gervis attributes NeoSpire's strong growth to three factors. An overall improvement in the business climate that has encouraged more companies to make the leap into e-commerce. Secondly, companies are upgrading their Web sites and Web-enabled software applications in preparation for increased business activity. In addition, NeoSpire has developed an excellent service reputation leveraging its STAR (Service That Always Responds) service support model.
"New customers that are looking for services such as NeoSpire's are looking for a turnkey outsourced solution that returns to them value and reliability," Gervis said. "They are looking for partners that can guarantee uptime and develop close technical relationships. Our clients expect the best from NeoSpire, and our goal is to surpass all expectations. Their businesses depend on it."
NeoSpire has been competing and winning against the larger more established national managed Web hosting brands because they can typically manage the most complex Web sites, data storage and Web-enabled applications and provide a higher level of service. What's more, the company's proven data center technologies can guarantee 100 percent uptime for its Enhanced Managed Servers.
NeoSpire Inc., based in Dallas since 1999, provides managed Web hosting services for organizations that deploy mission-critical Web sites and Web-based applications. Customers include Cellular One, Dallas Stars, Top Flite and the United Way, among others. The company has been named to the Dallas 100 list of Dallas' fastest growing private companies for the past two years. For more information about NeoSpire, visit www.neospire.net.
